We are committed to providing a clear and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers, in accordance with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations. You can benefit from our exchange and return policy as follows:
- To ensure your safety, skin and hair care products that have been used or opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If an order is canceled after it has been delivered to the shipping company, the delivery fee will be deducted before the amount is refunded to the customer. The refund process may take up to 14 business days.
- If the product is damaged, you can return it within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, unused, with the original packaging intact, and accompanied by the invoice. No product can be exchanged or returned without an invoice or original packaging. In the event of a promotional offer , to ensure customer satisfaction, we will compensate the customer with a new product or add a wallet balance equal to the product value.
- After 7 days from the date of receiving the product, the customer is not entitled to request a return or exchange.
Panvera reserves the right to cancel the order in any of the following cases:
- Inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer, including incorrect delivery address or contact information, or if the customer cannot be contacted.
- The customer does not receive the order within a maximum period of 7 working days from the specified delivery date or is late in receiving it.
